Strategic Offshore placements Ltd was founded by Mrs. Abolaji Osime, a public and private education consultant and the Director Global international College and also co- owner of Global Counseling Limited a student placement agency in Lagos, Nigeria for about 11 years before she resigned in 2009 to setup Strategic.

She has alongside her other promoters who are a good blend of Educationalists, counselors, coaches and academicians from all over the world partnering with her. With their combined expertise and passion will assist students make the right career choice.
