  1. All applications can only be processed once the application fees or in cases where consultancy fees are charged are paid.
  2. Application fees once paid are non refundable.
  3. All application fees must be paid by letter into SOPL account at Guaranty Trust Bank.
  4. Applications not processed after three months will be archived and the applicant will have to start afresh paying new application fees.
  5. Issuance of offer letter of admission to student's chosen courses is solely at discretion of the colleges or universities.
  6. Issuance of a Visa is solely at discretion of the visa offices or Embassies
  7. All tuition fees must be paid directly to the institution by the students or their sponsors.
  8. Students will deal directly with their banks for refunds in case of visa refusal.
  9. Kindly note that all institutions have their stipulated conditions that must be met by students before refunds can be made
  10. Refunds will also be made in accordance to time line given by institution and banks
  11. Though SOPL will assist the students wherever possible, SOPL has absolute no control over refund of fees, the applicant has to deal directly with the institutions and the bank.
  12. Visa fees are payable to the consulates and in the case of the American and British High Commission via the visa application centers/ designated banks.
  13. SOPL will not be held responsible for refusal of admission by institution or visa by visa office or embassies.
  14. Application and Visa processing fee is non refundable once paid even if visa application is refused.
  15. Consultancy fee for study permits, immigration will be refunded if visa or immigration application fails

  3. Once you submit and pay for your application form, the counseling sessions starts and by the end of the sessions, we would have provided you with the best options available to you.
  4. Once you choose the most suitable college or university we will require that you fill application forms for the college or university.

  6. These application forms will be forwarded to the colleges or universities admission offices for processing of an offer
  7. Once we obtain a conditional or unconditional admission offer letter, we will inform you.
    1. condition letter of offer means that you will have to meet certain conditions set by the universities on the offer letter
  8. We will also assist you to fill out the accommodation form
  9. Depending on the type of letter of offer, we will start the visa counseling. Please click here for information on visa guidelines
  10. If you have a conditional letter, we will need to wait for your results or ensure that you fulfill any other conditions stated on the offer letter.
  11. However if you have an unconditional letter of offer, we will immediately proceed to the visa preparation step.
